Mike has been a labor relations professional for over 20 years working primarily in the public sector. His experience includes responsibility as a union representative and a management advocate. Snyder's Consulting, Inc. is the consulting business Mike founded in 1988 that provides labor relations and personnel consulting services to its clients. Mike is an expert in negotiation processes - traditional, interest based and collaborative, and performance management issues.
