The circles form a framework that is consistent
with how we organize government and society for advancement,
how businesses achieve success, and of life itself.

Perhaps Wallace Stegner said it best when he said that our
challenge is to “create a society to match our scenery”.
Indeed, the advancement of society depends
upon civilization organizing itself in a way that preserves
our environment while still meeting the needs of a growing

Stephen R. Covey identifies The 7 Habits of Highly Effective
